Our Process
Adalyze has a 3 phase process for success. Beginning with the evaluation phase, we will go through your enterprise to identify your systems, requirements and potential
opportunities. As we continue into the reporting phase, we will present you will a system for viewing your data in a clear and concise manner. Ending with the Intelligence
phase, we will begin to show you how you can use your data to make crucial decisions.
Phase 1 - Evaluation
The evaluation phase serves serveral purposes. We will work with your team to identify what the business needs are, what systems we are working with, and what opportunities
we may be able to address. The goal is to create a thorough plan of attack for making a successful enterprise system.
Our team of experienced individuals in complex data systems will spend time talking to all facets of your operations from executive levels to your well trained front line
staff. We want to see exactly how you operate and where there is room for improvements. We will also look through samples of data to determine how clean your data is, what processes are needed
to create a warehouse, and how we can integrate everything together.
By the time we finish Phase 1, we will know as much (if not more) about your company as you. We need this knowledge to ensure success. We will deliver to you thorough
documentation every step of the way so that you can see what we see and know what we know.
Phase 2 - Reporting
The reporting phase will take all our knowledge from Phase 1 and begin to implement our plan. We begin with accumulating all the necessary data into a data warehouse and build
processes to keep that data refreshed on a frequent basis. If necessary, we will create data scrubbing mechanisms to ensure your data stays as clean as possible.
Once we build out the warehouse, we will begin to create your key metrics and reports necessary for getting insight into your daily operations. While this might not make the
necessary decisions for you, it will speed up the decision making process by putting the crucial data in your hands timely and accurately every time.
All reporting systems will need constant validation and improvement. As your operations continue to grow, we will work together to improve your reports, identify new data points,
and help you get to the next level
Phase 3 - Intelligence
Phase 3 is where the fun happens. At this point you have a solid data warehouse, reliable reports, and key metrics for measuring success. We can now begin to make critical business
decisions for you utilizing time tested methods. While looking at both your data and other externalities, we can begin to identify patterns and market trends that can forecast upcoming situations. We can
help with pricing algorithms, inventory management, and staffing needs to help you both optimize your revenue and expense.
Since business intelligence is based on business knowledge, we will work closely with you to understand how you make your critical decisions and determine how they can be automated.
We will also bring in our decades of experience to show you new and innovative ways to evaluate your business by implementing successful strategies we have used in many other implementations.
