targeting and providing solutions to the underserved, entrepreneurial specializing in the development of start-up products. Our organization is committed to helping all of our clients

Gary Dollinger - Chief Executive Officer
Gary is Adalyze Technologies’ CEO and Founder. Gary manages the company’s daily operations and serves as chief architect. Before founding Adalyze, Gary was the
Chief Technology Officer at Yield Technology, Inc., a privately held start up consulting firm founded by the former CIO of AMLI Residential with funding from Morgan Stanley, where he
guided the strategic development of large scale, enterprise wide implementations of custom CRM, ERP, revenue management, point of sale, and business intelligence systems. Previous to
Yield Technology, Gary was the Senior Developer for AMLI Residential, where he oversaw the design, development, and implementation of various operational tools including CRM, online
leasing, financial reporting, and other integration projects. Gary earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Computer Science from Loyola University of Chicago,
and has completed Master’s of Business Administration degree coursework in Finance, Accounting, Organizational Behavior, and Technology Management.
Jay Dainas - Senior Vice President of Marketing, Principal
Jay is responsible for Adalyze Technologies’ strategic marketing vision and business development efforts, along with overseeing its corporate treasury and human
resource functions. Before joining Adalyze, Jay was a Director of Business Development for CIT Group Inc., where he was the lead individual responsible for all market development and
business development strategies for asset based and cash flow leveraged loans to middle market healthcare companies and private equity firms. Previous to CIT, Jay held mid-level
positions at consulting firms KPMG LLP (Risk and Advisory Services) and Arthur Anderson LLP (Global Corporate Finance - Corporate Restructuring), and Commercial Loan Officer positions at
Wells Fargo Bank and LaSalle Bank National Association. Jay earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
Tran Hoang Khanh - Director of Application Development
Khanh is responsible for the management of our team of application developers. With a long track record of development success for both local
and international projects, Khanh has built up a large portfolio based on delivering only the highest quality results. Graduating from Ho Chi Minh University of Natural Sciences in
Computer Science, Khanh went on to develop and manage projects at the Software Engineering Laboratory at the University.
